This hydrating moisturizer uses a synergistic blend of occlusives, emollients, and humectants to deeply hydrate, soften, and protect the skin. Manufacturing Method
- In a stainless-steel boiler, weigh all of the Phase A ingredients with a mixer. Heat to 70–80°C, stirring constantly until melted evenly.
- Prepare and stir Phase B in a separate beaker.
- Mix Phases A and B together at 80°C for 1 hour to achieve homogeneity.
- Combine Phase C (preservative) with the AB mixture, stir for 5 minutes, then cool to room temperature.
- Check and adjust pH between 5 and 6.5.
Note:
- Avoid direct heating.
- Do not stop stirring when adding ingredients.
- Avoid plastic with low melting point.
- Wear mask and gloves.
- Be patient with melting time.
- Always make a 500g test batch before scaling.
