How It Works / Why It Works

This gentle cleansing oil binds to dirt, makeup, and excess sebum, lifting impurities from the skin’s surface without disrupting its natural barrier. The plant-based oils replenish hydration, while amino acids support a smoother, soothed complexion.

Key Ingredients & Benefits

• Fractionated Coconut Oil: Lightweight, non-comedogenic cleansing oil that dissolves makeup and impurities.
• Squalane: A skin-identical lipid that locks in moisture without clogging pores.
• Shea Butter: Nourishing emollient that softens and conditions dry skin.
• Amino Acid Complex: Strengthens the skin barrier and improves skin texture.
• Cocamidopropyl Betaine: Mild, plant-derived cleanser providing gentle foaming action.

Manufacturing method

1- Using a mixer, weigh all of the Phase A ingredients in a stainless-steel boiler. Continue stirring by heating the boiler to 70-80 degrees Celsius until everything melts uniformly.
2- Weigh all of the ingredients for Phase B in the stainless-steel container and continue mixing with a mixer until the mixture is uniform and everything has melted.
3- Mix Phase B into Phase A for five minutes with a high-speed mixer when the temperature of the mixture in Phase A reaches 45 C.
4- Mix Phase C into the Phase A and B mixture for 20 minutes with a spatula and heat the mixture.
5- Add phase D to the mixture and stirred 5 minutes and then cool down at room temperature.
6- Adjust the pH to somewhere between 5.5 and 6.5.

Note:

1. Avoid Direct heating to the mixture.
2. Do not stop stirring while adding a new ingredient.
3. Avoid the use of plastic material with a low melting point.
4. Use mask and Gloves while Working.
5. Melting takes time and so be keep patience with you.
6. Make 500-gram test sample before making larger Batch.

Usage Instructions

Massage 2-3 pumps of oil onto dry face. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify into a milky texture. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a water-based cleanser for optimal double-cleansing.
