Manufacturing method
- Add Phase A into beaker for one hour at 80℃ until mixture homogenize
- Phase B should be prepared.
- Mix phase B into phase A for one hour at 80℃ until mixture homogenize.
- Mix phase C into phase AB mixture at stirred for five minutes and then cool down the solution at room temperature.
- Note:
• Avoid Direct heating of the mixture.
• Do not stop stirring while adding a new ingredient.
• Avoid the use of plastic material with a low melting point.
• Use a mask and Gloves while Working.
• Melting takes time and so be keep patience with yourself.
• Make 500-gram test sample before making a larger Batch.
