The synergy of Amino Acid Complex and Jojoba Oil replenishes hydration while soothing sensitive skin, also making it an ideal choice for daily cleansing — even for dry and delicate skin types.

Key Ingredients & Benefits

Pentylene Glycol: Acts as a humectant, attracting and retaining moisture to keep skin plump and smooth.

TEGO® Care 165: A mild, skin-friendly emulsifier that ensures a creamy, stable texture, leaving skin soft and comfortable.

Jojoba Oil: Nourishes and moisturizes the skin moreover, it mimics natural sebum, thus making it ideal for maintaining the skin’s moisture balance.

Amino Acid Complex (DKSH): A skin-soothing emollient that supports hydration and reinforces the skin barrier.

Cocamidopropyl Betaine: A mild, coconut-derived surfactant that gently cleanses without stripping natural oils.

Manufacturing method

1. Using a mixer, weigh all of the Phase A ingredients in a stainless-steel boiler. Continue stirring by heating the boiler to 70-80 degrees Celsius until everything melts uniformly.

2. Phase B should be prepared and stirrer in another beaker.

3. Phases B and A should be combined for an hour at 80°C to ensure homogeneity.

4. Mix phase C into phase AB mixture at stirred for five minutes and then cool down the solution at room temperature.

5.Check the pH of the mixture and adjust it between 5.5 to 6.5.

Note:

• Never apply direct heat to the mixture.
• Continue stirring without interruption when incorporating a new ingredient.
• Refrain from using plastic materials with low melting points.
• Wear a mask and gloves throughout the process for safety.
• First prepare a 500-gram test sample before proceeding with a larger batch.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount to damp skin, gently massage in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use morning and evening for optimal results.
