This mask leverages mineral-rich Kaolin to deeply cleanse and refine pores, while Hyaluronic Acid restores hydration. Proteins from silk and wheat boost nourishment, giving skin an instantly smoother, firmer, and refreshed texture.

Manufacturing method

1. Add all Phase A ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix vigorously until it forms a viscous liquid with all gum dissolved into solution. A minimixer is helpful when mixing in the guar gum.
2. Add Phase B to Phase A with a large mixing fto incorporate solids mix them in a water bath (85oC) at 400 rpm until the mixture is homogenous.
3. Add Phase C into the thick mixture and stir well.
4. Thoroughly mix Phase D together in a small dish and add to the clay mix with the high speed mixer. Be sure to mix well enough to remove any lumps.
5. Cool down the mixture with continuously stirring.

Note:

1. Avoid Direct heating of the mixture.
2. Do not stop stirring while adding a new ingredient.
3. Avoid the use of plastic material with a low melting point.
4. Use a mask and Gloves while Working.
5. Melting takes time and so be keep patience with yourself.
6. Make 500-gram test sample before making a larger Batch

Usage Instructions

Apply a generous, even layer on cleansed face avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10–15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times a week.
