Manufacturing Method:
- Combine the ingredients of phase A and allow to homogenise, stirring constantly, until the gum is completely dissolved.
- Combine all phase B ingredients and stir quickly and heat to 55°C.
- Once all solids have melted, slowly add phase A to phase B.
- To emulsify, stir gently with a whisk for 20 minutes.
- Note
- Avoid Direct heating of the mixture.
- Do not stop stirring while adding a new ingredient.
- Avoid the use of plastic material with a low melting point.
- Use a mask and Gloves while Working.
- Melting takes time and so be keep patience with yourself.
- Make 500-gram test sample before making a larger Batch
