Manufacturing Method
1️⃣ Combine Phase A ingredients and homogenize at 85°C, stirring constantly until gum fully dissolves.
2️⃣ Mix Phase B ingredients in a separate container and heat to 55°C.
3️⃣ Slowly add Phase A into Phase B while stirring, emulsify gently for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Slowly introduce Phase C ingredients while maintaining stirring at 65°C.
5️⃣ Combine phases and stir for 10 minutes until fully uniform.
6️⃣ Add Phase D (preservative) and stir for 5 minutes.
7️⃣ Cool the batch to room temperature.

- Avoid direct heating of the mixture.
- Maintain continuous stirring when adding new ingredients.
- Use stainless steel or heat-safe containers — no low-melting-point plastics.
- Always wear protective gloves and a mask.
- Be patient as melting and emulsification take time.
