Manufacturing Method
1️⃣ Combine Phase A ingredients and homogenize while stirring continuously until dissolved.
2️⃣ In a separate container, mix all Phase B ingredients rapidly until fully combined.
3️⃣ Slowly incorporate Phase A into Phase B, stirring constantly.
4️⃣ Whisk the combined mixture gently for 20 minutes to emulsify.
5️⃣ Gradually add Phase C (Biogard) into the emulsion.
6️⃣ Mix for 5 minutes, then adjust pH to 5.5 – 6.5 if necessary.
7️⃣ Continue stirring until the batch cools to room temperature and ensure a smooth texture.
