Manufacturing method
1-Using a mixer, weigh all of the Phase A ingredients in a stainless steel boiler. Continue stirring by heating the boiler to 60 degrees Celsius until everything melts uniformly.
2-Weigh all of the ingredients for Phase B in the stainless steel container and continue mixing with a mixer until the mixture is uniform,.
3-Mix Phase B into the Phase A for five minutes with a spatula.
- when it is clear and homogeneous then cool down the mixture
- Note:
- Avoid Direct heating of the mixture.
- Do not stop stirring while adding a new ingredient.
- Avoid the use of plastic material with a low melting point.
- Use a mask and Gloves while Working.
- Melting takes time and so be keep patience with yourself.
- Make a 500-gram test sample before making a larger Batch
