How It Works / Why It Works
This formula blends mineral (Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide) and chemical (Avobenzone) sunscreens to offer reliable SPF50 broad-spectrum protection. Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer boosts UV defense, while Pentylene Glycol and Guar Gum provide lightweight hydration. Silica mattifies excess oil for a comfortable daily finish.

Manufacturing Method
1️⃣ Phase A:
Weigh all Phase A ingredients into a stainless steel boiler. Heat to 70-80°C with continuous stirring until completely dissolved.
2️⃣ Phase B:
Weigh and mix all Phase B ingredients in a separate container. Stir with a mixer until uniform and fully melted.
3️⃣ Phase C:
Combine all Phase C ingredients in another stainless-steel container. Stir until uniform and fully melted.
4️⃣ Combine Phases:
First, mix Phase C into Phase B and stir for 5 minutes. Then slowly add the combined Phase B+C mixture into Phase A, reducing temperature to 45°C.
5️⃣ Phase D:
Add Phase D ingredients into the main mixture. Stir gently for 5 minutes with a spatula.
6️⃣ pH Adjustment:
Adjust the final product pH to 5.5 – 6.5.
7️⃣ Final Mixing:
Continue mixing until the batch reaches room temperature, replacing any water lost through evaporation. Stir until smooth.
Important Notes:
- Avoid direct heating of combined phases.
- Never stop stirring while adding new ingredients.
- Avoid plastic equipment with low melting points.
- Use mask and gloves during production.
- Melting may take time — be patient.
- Always create a 500g test batch before scaling production.
