This Purifying Gel Cleanser blends mild, plant-based surfactants with moisture-locking emollients and vitamins to deliver a complete cleansing ritual without stripping the skin.Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Sodium Coco-Sulfate gently emulsify and remove dirt and excess oil. At the same time, Squalane, Jojoba Oil, and CBD Oil replenish essential moisture and reinforce the skin barrier. Vitamin B5 works to soothe and hydrate post-cleansing, leaving skin comfortably clean, balanced, and soft to the touch.

Manufacturing method

1- Using a mixer, weigh all of the Phase A ingredients in a stainless steel boiler. Continue stirring by heating the boiler to 70-80 degrees Celsius until everything melts uniformly.
2- Weigh all of the ingredients for Phase B in the stainless steel container and continue mixing with a mixer until the mixture is uniform and everything has melted.
3- Mix Phase B into Phase A for ten minutes with a high-speed mixer when the temperature of the mixture in Phase A reaches 45 C.
4- Mix Phase C into the Phase A and B mixture for 20 minutes with a spatula and heat the mixture.
5- Add phase D to the mixture and stirred 5 minutes and then cool down at room temperature.

Note:

1. Avoid Direct heating to the mixture.
2. Do not stop stirring while adding a new ingredient.
3. Avoid the use of plastic material with a low melting point.
4. Use mask and Gloves while Working.
5. Melting takes time and so be keep patience with you.
6. Make 500 gram test sample before making larger Batch

Usage Instructions

Dispense a small amount onto damp hands and gently massage over face and neck in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow with toner and moisturizer. Suitable for both morning and evening routines.
