Manufacturing Method
1️⃣ Weigh all Phase A ingredients in a stainless-steel boiler. Heat to 70-80°C with continuous stirring until melted uniformly.
2️⃣ Separately weigh Phase B ingredients in a stainless-steel container and mix until uniform and melted.
3️⃣ When Phase A reaches 45°C, add Phase B to Phase A. Mix for 5 minutes with a high-speed mixer.
4️⃣ Slowly mix in Phase C ingredients into the A+B mixture and stir for 20 minutes.
5️⃣ Stir in Phase D for 5 minutes, then allow the batch to cool to room temperature.
6️⃣ Adjust pH to 5.5–6.5.
Important Notes:
• Avoid direct heating to the mixture.
• Do not stop stirring while adding ingredients.
• Avoid using plastics with low melting points.
• Always wear a mask and gloves while working.
• Melting takes time — be patient.
