Manufacturing Method
- Combine the ingredients of phase A and allow to homogenise at 80-90°C, stirring constantly, until they are completely dissolved.
- Combine all phase B ingredients and stir quickly and heat to 55°C.
- Once all solids have melted, slowly add phase A to phase B except preservative.
- To emulsify, stir gently with a whisk for 20 minutes then cool down the mixture to 35°C and add preservative.
- Note:
- Avoid Direct heating of the mixture.
- Do not stop stirring while adding a new ingredient.
- Avoid the use of plastic material with a low melting point.
- Use a mask and Gloves while Working.
- Melting takes time and so be keep patience with yourself.
- Make 500-gram test sample before making a larger Batch

Usage Instructions
