Key Ingredients & Benefits

• Kaolin Clay (30%): Absorbs excess oil, purifies pores, and removes embedded impurities.

Manufacturing method

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the Phase A ingredients and vigorously mix until it forms a viscous liquid with all of the gum dissolved.
2. Add Phase B to Phase A with a large mixing to incorporate solids mix them in a water bath (85oC) at 400 rpm until the mixture is homogenous.
3. Add Phase C into the thick mixture and stir well.
4. Thoroughly mix Phase D together in a small dish and add to the clay mix with the high-speed mixer. Be sure to mix well enough to remove any lumps.
5. Cool down the mixture with continuously stirring.

Note:

1. Avoid Direct heating of the mixture.
2. Do not stop stirring while adding a new ingredient.
3. Avoid the use of plastic material with a low melting point.
4. Use a mask and Gloves while Working.
5. Melting takes time and so be keep patience with yourself.

Usage Instructions

Apply an even layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 8–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times a week.
