Manufacturing Method

 1. Combine the ingredients of phase A and allow to homogenise at 70°C, stirring constantly, until they are completely dissolved.

 2. Combine all phase B ingredients and stir quickly and heat to 55°C.

 3. Once all solids have melted, slowly add phase A to phase B except preservative.

 4. To emulsify, stir gently with a whisk for 20 minutes then cool down the mixture to 35°C and add preservative.

Note:

 1.Avoid Direct heating of the mixture. 

2. Do not stop stirring while adding a new ingredient.

 3. Avoid the use of plastic material with a low melting point. 4. 

Use a mask and Gloves while Working.

 5. Melting takes time and so be keep patience with yourself. 

6. Make 500-gram test sample before making a larger Batch.
